Shipping & Returns

Return Policy

Custom and standard orders may only be returned for store credit or replacement/exchange. Store credit will be credited to your Seamingly Sisters account once the return process is complete.

Your replacement/exchange item will be shipped within 4 weeks of Seamingly Sisters receiving the original item. In many cases, you will receive your replacement/exchange item sooner, however, this is subject to the following:

- Transit time of your original item to Seamingly Sisters (5-10 business days on average)

- Processing of item by Seamingly Sisters (3 to 5 business days on average, longer for custom items. Please see custom item exceptions below.)

- Transit time of your replacement/exchange item from Seamingly Sisters to you (5-10 business days on average)

Please note: Custom orders cannot be returned, unless the product was received defective. The item must be received by Seamingly Sisters, and the defect verified, before the return process is started. One free alteration is allowed per custom product. The shipping back to Seamingly Sisters is to be paid for by the customer. We will ship it back to you for free after the alterations are completed.

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your store credit availability and/or the shipping of your replacement/exchange item once we've received and processed the returned item.



Shipping Policy

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
